Kathleen Tomlin, CCE

Kathleen Tomlin, CCE, is Manager of Credit & Collections for Central Concrete Supply co. in San Jose and Central Precast Concrete in Livermore, both US Concrete companies. She is also Junior Vice Chairman Western Region on the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) Board of Directors.

Kathleen holds an MBA from St. Mary's College of California. She earned the Certified Credit Executive (CCE) designation from NACM in 1998, and was also honored with the CMA Business Credit Services' Credit Executive of the Year award for 1996-1997. Through a mentoring program, she volunteers to assist other credit professionals, and is a California Institute of Credit instructor as well as a frequent speaker for that association.

Kathleen was elected to the CMA Business Credit Services Board in 1994 and has served as Director, Treasurer, Vice Chairman, Chairman-Elect, and Chairman.
