Adrienne Murphy, CCE

ADRIENNE MURPHY, CCE has been in the Credit field for over 28 years. She presently serves as a Director on the NACM National Board of Directors and has been elected to Junior Vice Chairman – Western Region.

She is a past Chairman of the Board of her NACM affiliate CMA Business Credit Services in Burbank, California. She has served on the CMA board since 1996. She now serves on the advisory committee.

Adrienne has served as President of CFDD Los Angeles and currently holds that office. She has been involved with CFDD for 11 years and has held just about every office at least once. She was honored with the Distinguished Member Award in 2006.

She is now serving on the CCE exam project and previously served on the professional certification work group of NACM.

She also is a member of American Bankruptcy Institute, where she serves on the Unsecured creditors committees committee, Credit Research Foundation, and Furniture Manufacturers Credit Association where she is on the education committee.

Adrienne has been with Sandberg Furniture for 12 years and 28 years in the Furniture Industry.

She currently is Director of Customer Financial Services.

In June 2002 she completed the course and test and is now a Certified Expert Witness. In 2003 she was honored by being named Credit Executive of the year for CMA Business Credit Services, her local affiliate.

She has given presentations at the local, regional and national level. The next presentation for CFDD Los Angeles will be on the “Career Roadmap” from NACM National. She also is presenting “Voice of the Gavel” for Furniture Manufacturers Credit Association education meeting in May 2007, and at Credit Congress in June 2007.

Adrienne has also written articles for publication in Furniture Today, Business Credit Magazine, CMA’s online newsletter, and CFDD-LA Connection. She enjoys teaching and is currently arranging a study group for her CFDD Chapter.
